How to Make Zucchini Bread

To make your fluffy zucchini bread, you'll need 3 cups of grated zucchini, 3 cups of all-purpose flour, 2 large eggs, 2 teaspoons butter or olive oil to grease the pans, 2 teaspoons of baking soda, 2 teaspoons of cinnamon, ¼ teaspoon of ground nutmeg, 1¼ cups of white or brown sugar, 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract, ½ teaspoon of salt, ¾ cup of melted unsalted 1 cup of chopped nuts, 1½ cup of dried cranberries or raisins.

To make your zucchini bread, you'll need an oven, 2 loaf pans, a colander, 2 mixing bowl, a whisk, a wooden spoon, measuring spoons, measuring cup, and a chopstick or skewer. The loaf pans should be medium sized.

Before working on your batter, preheat the oven to 350F. Take your grated zucchini and drain the moisture out using a colander. Then, in your mixing bowl, whisk together your flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

In another mixing bowl, whisk together all your wet ingredients: sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, salt, grated zucchini and the melted butter. Slowly pour in your dry mixture into your wet mixture, slowly stirring. Once everything is mixed thoroughly, fold in your raisins, cranberries or nuts. The consistency should be sticky, not dry or watery.

Start by splitting your batter between the two loaf pans, try to make it as even as possible. You will need to bake the breads for around 55 minutes. To check if the center of each bread is cooked, stick the skewer or chop stick into the bread and see it it's sticky. If it's still sticky, leave it for another 5-10 minutes, but lower the heat.

When it's done backing, take them out of the oven and let them cool for 10 minutes. Make sure that there's something underneath each pan when they're cooling, you don't want to ruin your table.
